For Women
For women who have left a challenging or toxic relationship and are ready to come home to themselves — not just survive, but reclaim their body, their voice, and their trust.
This is for you if
6 sessions, 90 minutes each — biweekly over 3 months. Each session builds on the last, moving through safety, release, inner child healing, boundaries, and integration.
Between sessions: Guided audio practices — grounding meditation, self-love meditation, somatic activation — recorded by Johanna. These become your daily toolkit.
What makes this different: Most recovery work is cognitive — understanding what happened, reading about attachment, journaling. That's valuable, but the trauma isn't stored in the analysis. It's stored in your body. The flinch. The collapse. The inability to feel desire or anger. This work goes where the trauma actually lives.
For Men
For men who are done performing masculinity and ready to embody it. Not another identity to wear — an initiation into who you actually are.
This is for you if
