Inner Union

Real intimacy with another is impossible
until you have intimacy with yourself.

A deep 1:1 coaching container for the woman ready to do the inner architecture work — inner union, inner child healing, belief transformation, and feminine embodiment — that makes real, healthy love possible with herself, her body, and another.

You’ve mastered the doing.
The feeling hasn’t kept pace.

You’ve built something real. A career, a business, maybe both. You are competent, probably more than that. You learned to operate inside fast, driven spaces and you learned to match them.

What nobody warned you about is the moment when the doing stops feeling like anything.

Not failure. Not crisis. Just a muted quality spreading through the days. You execute well. The results are there. But something that used to live inside the work, or inside you, has gone quiet, and you can’t quite remember when it left.

Your body noticed before your mind did. The fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix. The vague irritability. The sense of performing your life with increasing precision and decreasing feeling.

You didn’t lose yourself in a dramatic collapse. You lost yourself in a long, successful story. A degree at a time. A compromise at a time. Small enough each one that you barely registered it.

Something in you is asking to be reclaimed. Not fixed. Reclaimed. The version of you who existed before she learned to be this effective hasn’t gone anywhere. She’s been waiting.

That’s what this work is.

From the split
to the marriage inside.

When you arrive, the exhaustion often has no name. You live a life that looks fine — maybe more than fine. But inside, something doesn’t match. You perform one version of yourself and feel another underneath, and the distance between them quietly drains you. Your body has become something you manage rather than a home you actually live in. Love, when it comes, costs you yourself. Or it doesn’t come at all, because something in you still doesn’t believe it’s safe to let it.

Three months later, you are not the same woman who arrived. Not because you have been fixed — because you have been returned to yourself.

Your inner masculine and feminine are no longer in opposition — they are in conversation. The inner child who learned that love had to be earned has been met, held, given what she actually needed. The beliefs that lived in your body as unconscious law — I am not enough, love means losing myself, real intimacy is dangerous — have been located, touched, and slowly moved at the root. Your body has come back online: sensing, alive, available to pleasure and to receiving. You know what you want. You can feel it. You can stay.

This is what inner union means. Not a concept — a lived state. The marriage inside you, between the part that acts and the part that receives, between the self you perform and the self you actually are. The woman who was very good at surviving, learning slowly to belong to herself.

The architecture
of the work.

The four pillars are interlocking. Every session moves between them based on what is alive for you. There is no fixed curriculum — there is a through-line.

01

Inner Union

The integration of the inner masculine and inner feminine — the alchemical marriage inside her. Inner masculine: action, structure, direction, the capacity to hold. Inner feminine: receiving, flow, sensing, surrender, expressing. Polarities work, parts work, archetypal dialogue. Most women have over-developed one and abandoned the other, often without knowing it.

Principle: outer union with another is only as deep as inner union within.

02

Inner Child Work

Identifying and integrating the wounded, rejected, or over-functioning parts of the child-self that still run adult relational patterns. The performing child who learned love is earned. The hiding child who learned love is dangerous. The over-giving child who learned love is service. Reparenting practice, somatic integration, dialogue work — we go to the root, not just the symptom.

Principle: most adult relational pain lives in childhood architecture; you cannot heal the adult pattern without meeting the child who learned it.

03

Belief Transformation

The unconscious beliefs that drive relational patterns — I am not enough. I have to earn love. Love means losing myself. The body cannot be trusted. Real love is dangerous. — are identified through somatic locating and transformed through embodiment, ritual, and parts work. Thoughts you can argue with are not the beliefs that run your life. The body holds the real beliefs and the body is where they shift.

Principle: the shift happens in the body, where the belief is actually held.

04

Feminine Arts

The body as a feminine vessel. Sensuality, embodiment, devotional practice, ceremony, magnetism, and receiving as a practice. Slow movement, breath, voice, dance. Sacred feminine ritual and devotion. Receiving — from life, from another, from the sacred. Soft power. Pleasure and sensuality not as luxury but as the architecture of feminine sovereignty.

Principle: the feminine cannot be thought; she must be embodied.

Three months.
Eight sessions.

This is not coaching as a series of conversations. Each session is a contained, directed piece of work. The arc moves intentionally across three months.

The Sessions

8 sessions of 75–90 minutes each. Weekly cadence over 3 months, with one 1–2 week pause for integration. Each session builds on the last, moving through the four pillars based on what is alive for you.

Format

Online via Zoom, from anywhere in the world. In-person sessions available for Bali-based clients by arrangement.

Between Sessions

Somatic audio practices, structured journaling prompts, weekly voice-message check-in, and daily practice support. The work does not stop when the session ends.

Integration Session

The final session is dedicated to integration — reflecting on the arc of the work and building a personalised practice protocol you carry forward beyond the container.

Investment is shared on the discovery call. The container is offered to women who are ready for this specific work — not as a product, but as a commitment. If you feel the call, apply.

The work is rooted in
lived practice.

Certified Trauma-Informed Tantra Practitioner

Trained in the lineage of classical and neo-tantric philosophy, somatic practices, breath, sound and movement, and sacred sexuality. The foundation of how Johanna works with the body as a gateway to transformation.

Psychodynamic Coaching

Trained in advanced psychodynamic coaching with Joelle van Harten (EMCC-accredited, Post-Bachelor in Psychodynamic Therapy from Academy of Psychodynamics). Clinical depth for accessing childhood wounds, attachment patterns, and unconscious dynamics.

Yoga & Somatic Practice

Years of dedicated practice and teaching. Yoga was the first doorway back to her own body after burnout and relational collapse — and remains central to the embodied dimension of this work.

She Has Walked This Path

Inner Union is not a framework Johanna teaches from the outside. It is the passage she has walked herself — through relational collapse, body disconnection, and the deep inner architecture work that rebuilt everything. The heart of the work is to be one step further along the same passage, hand reaching back.
